My approach to therapy is active, transformative, and deeply focused on helping you reconnect with your authentic self. I believe therapy should be more than just talking — it should be a space where you feel empowered to take action, break through barriers, and grow into the person you want to become.
Clients would describe me as calm, grounded, and direct. My approach draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you understand and work with the different parts of yourself; Gestalt techniques to bring awareness and expression into the present moment; and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to shift patterns of thinking that no longer serve you.
